SEARCH SELECT
The Time Search tunctlOll makes it possible to quickly advance the tape from any position by entering the exact
desired amount of playback time of the part that you want to skip.
You must use the remote control unit for the following steps:
Power must be turned on.
Make sure that a cassette tape is in the TV/VCR.
In the example below, search the position after 2 hours 53
minutes from now.

Enter the desired minutes

To correct the hour, press DELETE button and re-
peat steps 13]and I4].
To correct the minute, enter correct numbers using
number button.
To cancel the Time search function, press MENU
button.
0:00 is reached, the tape will start playback automat-
ically.
NOTES:
Time search can be set up to 9:59.
This function is not operative in recording mode.
Counter Memory function is not operative in this
mode.
This function is not operative when a cassette tape
is not inserted in the TV/VCR.
The time will not count down during blank sections
of tape.
TO FINISH THE TIME SEARCH
MODE
Press STOP button on the TV/VCR or remote control unit.
This will delete the selected timc.
